Innovator Course

About the course

We are hosting a business innovator classroom course from 1st April to 30th of April in Paternoster. For 20 days, each day will focus on a topic; there will be 20 topics in total.
The classes will start at 9 am every morning to 5 pm and will have two 15-minute breaks for refreshments and a half an hour break for lunch every Monday to Friday. 

Do you want to start your own business? With this course, you can learn everything from what business to start, how to create it, how to create products for your own online business, set up and advertisements. Various websites whether it be a corporate image, a product website,marketing website…etc.

We will create a business and discuss an idea overview, the digital concepts which can be used, the abundance amount, the transformation process with the help of service models and target operating models, finishing off with the landscape and topology to create a connection within a network.
We will create a name and register a domain, discuss hosting packages in-depth, provide a Cpanel overview for listed accounts, and discuss how to maintain and subscribe Cpanel as well as WordPress overview and installation of WordPress.
We will create a WordPress site, explain and go through each aspect, and download and go through all the useful plugins that work with WordPress.
We will create a social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and a YouTube channel and learn how to work with each account.
Then we will link all social media sites to WordPress, test all functions, and ensure everything is working.
We will go through customer relationship management with the help of SuiteCRM.
We will install SuiteCRM and discuss the overview.
Then we will customise SuiteCRM, explain and go through each function.
We will go through accounting concepts like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable. We will discuss stock control, order books, a shopping cart and how to use each.
We will configure PayPal and PayFast payment gateways for the online business and integrate them with the shopping cart.
Next is setting up a SuiteCMR Marketing Campaign to start advertising the business and the products/services provided by the business.
We will then set up social media marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
We will create an email template with links to the website pages and the social media and sales funnels.
We will create videos using PowerPoint recording, Openshot, and HandBrake for websites and Social media channels.
We will configure stock items on the shopping cart and Facebook marketplace, create events and watch parties on Facebook.
Next is to execute our marketing campaigns on SuiteCRM and social media accounts.
We will evaluate the results, refine the target markets, re-execute marketing campaigns, and re-target customers.
Next, we will explain how to change WordPress, the website and social media accounts.
Lastly, we will create PayPal and PayFast fund redirection directly to your bank account.
Certificates will be handed out at the end of the course.

No food will be provided at night or on weekends
